This policy explains what personal information Alder Dental Studio collects, why we collect it and how we look after it. It applies to this website and to the care we provide at 2418 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address and the reason for your visit. As a patient, we also keep clinical records, X-rays, photographs and insurance details, as required by law.

How we use it

We use your information to provide care, to arrange appointments, to process insurance claims and to send reminders you have agreed to. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are kept for the period required by Oregon law. Enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or receive a copy of the information we hold about you. Write to hello@alderdental.com and we will respond within 30 days.
